On Trinity Sunday, May 26, 1991, Pope
John Paul II ordained Fr. Corapi to the
priesthood, Corapi says that Mother Teresa stood behind him at his
ordination and that he saw a vision of the Virgin Mary smelling
like lilacs on that day. Corapi first served as a parish priest
in Hudson, New York and Robstown, Texas. He was the Director of
Catholic Faith Formation and of the Bishop's Project on the
Catechism of the Catholic Church in the Catholic Diocese of
Sacramento. Fr. Corapi earned a doctorate in Dogmatic theology
from the University of Navarre.[6]:58-59 He became a regular
contributor to the EWTN television and radio networks.

HEAVENLY
VISITATION at VATICAN CITY
The
Blessing is Upon You

HeavenlyVisitation.com - Heavenly Visitation at Vatican City - Pope John
Paul II
Welcome to the Heavenly
Visitation homepage. This is a special blessing.
Life of the Church is the Holy Eucharist, which we participate in
the very life of the Holy Trinity. The major Sacraments bear witness
to the continuing presence of Christ in the lives of His people.
Why is this so important?
Our God is one who loves us, cares for us, and is near to us. .
The Church blesses individuals, events and objects. The Church is
not only expressing thanks giving, but also affirming that no gift,
event, or human responsibility is secular or detached from God. For
the Christian, all good things have God as their origin and goal.
Nothing is outside of God's love for us. On January 29th, 2006 the
picture you are about to see was blessed at
St. Augustine's Parish in Oak Harbor, Washington by
Father Marc Powell.
Pope John Paul II, 84, died
April 2nd, 2005 at 9:37 p.m. in his private quarters at the end of a
long and public illness.
“It is love which converts hearts and gives peace.”
“To all humanity, which today seems so lost and dominated by the
power of evil, selfishness and fear, our resurrected Lord gives us
his love which forgives, reconciles and reopens the soul to hope.”
“The glorious Hallelujah of Easter rings out. The Gospel reading
from John shows us how the resurrected Christ appeared to the
Apostles and ‘showed them his hands and his feet’, the signs of the
painful Passion indelibly imprinted on his body even after his
resurrection.”
Our Beloved Holiness Pope John Paul II last public words were... "I have looked for
you. Now you have come to me. And I thank you."

Dear His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI,
I would like to introduce myself. I was born after WWII to two American
military personnel, both in the U.S. Navy. Our family was devout
catholic and I attended St Therese Grade School in Aurora Colorado.
While I was there I was an altar boy and St Therese was my adopted
patron Saint. Later I became a Third Degree Knight of Columbus.
I was watching my television set with the world when our beloved Pope
John Paul II was seriously ill. While praying and as the Pope passed
away I took a picture to commemorate his passing. I have enclosed a copy
of the original picture for your examination. This is a true miracle. We
pray that this will count as one of the miracles to beatification and
canonization of Pope John Paul II.
In memory of His Holiness John Paul II I am sending you this picture to
share with the church. The enclosed picture was on the digital camera
card and I saw this picture in Dec. 25th, 2005. I had it enlarged and
printed on canvas for the Vatican.
WHERE TWO OR THREE ARE GATHERED TOGETHER IN MY NAME, THERE AM I...The
knowledge that Christ remains among his people encourages believers and
spurs them to promote authentic solidarity by actively working to build
the ‘civilization of love.’
By Pope John Paul II
The Gospel for Sunday, September 4, 2005
Twenty-third Sunday in Ordinary Time
Mt: 18:15-20
... The panorama emerging before our eyes includes many shadows, such as
the suffering and injustice oppressing individuals and peoples, the
violence and the wars that unfortunately continue to bathe so many of
the earth's regions in blood. However, there are some comforting rays of
light which prompt us to look at the future with hope. Our optimism is
based above all on the certainty of God's constant help, which is always
given to those who humbly and trustfully implore it.
The Gospel passage offered for our meditation ... reminds us of this.
Jesus tells his disciples: "Where two or three are gathered in my name,
there am I in the midst of them" (Mt 18: 20). The knowledge that Christ
remains among his people encourages believers and spurs them to promote
authentic solidarity by actively working to build the "civilization of
love"
In this regard, I would like to recall the immense throng of generous
people who, during the 20th century, have offered their lives to Christ
by serving their brothers and sisters in humility and love. My thoughts
turn in particular to Mother Teresa of Calcutta ... The foundress of the
Missionaries of Charity liked to say over and over: "When we help
another person, we are rewarded with peace and joy, because we have
given meaning to our life." She was a great and appreciated teacher of
life, especially for young people, whom she reminded that their "great
task is to build peace, starting with their families, and to defend life
always and everywhere, especially when it is particularly weak". May her
witness be an incentive and an encouragement for many young men and
women to put themselves generously at the service of the Gospel. May
Mary, whom the faithful never tire of calling upon as a loving Mother,
arouse sentiments of peace and active apostolic commitment in every
heart. If promoting solidarity and love is a duty for every human being,
it is even more so for Christians. May the Blessed Virgin intercede for
all humanity so that the third millennium will be a time of genuine and
lasting peace.
In John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through me. The Lord Jesus is here to
take Pope John Paul II into his heavenly kingdom. This is the first
enlarged picture. I had it made especially for you. I am granting you
the right to use this picture to benefit the church. We are thankful
that you are our Pope. May God’s blessing be upon you, the church, and
your mission. This visitation is to help and to encourage the faithful
to remain faithful and to persevere and receive their eternal reward as
did Pope John Paul II. Uniting ourselves together we pray to Jesus. The
light of Christ illuminates us. Thank you.

Acts 11:21-26; 13:1-3
Psalm 98:1-6
Matthew 10:7-13
We must unite ourselves to God's will. Even those that we suffer
from man...for example, contempt, injustice, loss of reputation,
loss of temporal goods and all kinds of persecutions. On these
occasions we must remember that whilst God doesn't will the sin, He
does will our humiliation, our poverty, or our mortification, as the
case may be. It is certain and of Faith, that whatever happens,
happens by the will of God. Our conduct in such instances is the
true measure of our love for God.
